Dennis Donsker

Biography:
Mr. Donsker has been in the International Trade business for the past 30 years. His expertise lies in his ability to adapt to different industry needs as the economic conditions of the world change.
He has structured his business to work with companies around the globe and help satisfy their international trade, manufacturing, and business goals.
Dennis began his career as a buyer for Grodins of San Francisco, an 80-store retail chain. He then served as buyer and merchandise manager for Macy’s San Francisco. Dennis also founded Beverly Hills Polo Club, a lady and men’s sportswear and accessory company, which grew to $18 million in manufacturing volume and $15 million in licensing volume within a four year period.
Later in his career, he served as Vice President and President of Ocean Pacific (OP) Sportswear, a world-renowned apparel company. He then became President of
Jimmy Z, a young men’s and women’s fashion sportswear company.
Having had extensive domestic and international manufacturing and sourcing experience, Dennis decided to open an international trading company, Laopan, Inc. in 1984 to help foreign buyers export merchandise made in the USA. In the years following, Laopan expanded to help U.S. companies import products from abroad. Mr. Donsker works with the United States Department of Commerce to assist US based companies export their products abroad.
